Coffa was a member of the Forest of Cheem, one of the guests on Platform One.
He accompanied Jabe to witness the Sun expanding and destroying the Earth. He and his associate Lute were obviously distraught when the Doctor made them aware of Jabe's fate. (DW: The End of the World)
