John Fitzwilliam, nicknamed Lanky, was a partially converted Cyberman who was from Lancashire. He had fought in the Cyber-Wars with Catpain Frank. He was aided by Zoe Heriot when he was trapped. (AUDIO: Last of the Cyberman)
