Kenneth Albrecht was a scientist in 2016. His assistant was Lucy Hankin.
He went to the Dominus Institute for funding, but instead had his memories and personality drained out of him by a Carmentine Mind Leach. When the Sixth Doctor and Heather Threadstone visited the institute, they encountered Albrecht strapped to a table. After they unstrapped him, the Decayed Master controlled Albrecht and made him attack the Doctor. Heather grabbed a metal tray and hit Albrecht on the head with it, killing him.
