Meredid Roath

Meredid Roath was a Kaveetch cellular geneticist who created the Sontarans. He relocated from Sontar to Sussex, England in 1872. He took the name "Jacob Gilly" and owned the local inn. He wanted to stop the Sontarans. (AUDIO: The First Sontarans)
