Terence de Marney played Joseph Longfoot in the Doctor Who television story The Smugglers.
De Marney's other credits included The Twilight Zone, Dr. Finlay's Casebook, Z-Cars, Softly, Softly and Softly, Softly: Taskforce. However, he is best known for playing Case Thomas in seventeen episodes of American television series Johnny Ringo. De Marney was the first actor to portray Simon Templar on radio when The Saint debuted on Radio Athlone in 1940.
