Private John-Paul Wisniewski was part of the Southern Welsh Regiment based at Caregan Barracks.
Private Wisniewski was one of two soldiers who escorted the Torchwood SUV to the visitor's parking area. He then escorted Jack Harkness, Toshiko Sato and Gwen Cooper to the office of Lieutenant-Colonel Daniel Yorke.
While Jack and Toshiko stayed with Yorke, Wisniewski escorted Gwen to meet Major Robert De'Ath.
