John Rolfe appeared in several Doctor Who stories: as a Captain in The War Machines, Sam Becket in The Moonbase and Ralph Fell in The Green Death.
Rolfe's numerous other television credits included roles in Adam Adamant Lives!, Softly, Softly, Softy, Softly: Taskforce, Paul Temple, Special Branch, Out of the Unknown, Z-Cars, Dixon of Dock Green, Survivors, Blake's 7, The Onedin Line, Secret Army, The Return of the Saint, Last of the Summer Wine, Mr. Bean and The Bill.
