Logan family castle

Professor Logan's castle in Scotland had been in the family for generations. It was built soon after the Battle of Hastings.

Logan used the money from the space project to Venus that was being funded to him by the government to restore the castle rather than travel there. The Third Doctor described it as the thing Logan "[held] most dear" and threatened to crash into it when he had been sent into space on one of Logan's rockets. Instead of letting it be destroyed, Logan instead chose to write a full confession of his deceit. The castle overlooked the project complex. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Rocks from Venus)
