Wrexford was an English village.
After Robbie escaped, he went on a brief rampage in Wrexford including some conflict with the police. The Third Doctor obtained a helicopter to get him under control but he soon left Wrexford and went cross-country in the direction of Belminster. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Robot)
