Miss Trefusis was head prison guard of Broadfell Prison, which held Lucy Saxon, she knew about Harold Saxon and was sent to pick up his ring, which contaned a remant of his soul. She and several guards as well as the Goveror resurrected Mr Saxon. Mr Saxon took her life energy as well as well as several prison staff. Lucy Saxon sabataged this, which made the Prison explode. It is presumed Miss Trefusis died in the explotion. (DW: The End of Time)
