Miss Trefusis was head prison guard of Broadfell Prison, which held Lucy Saxon, she knew about Harold Saxon and was sent to pick up his ring, which contaned a remant of his soul. She and several guards as well as the Goveror resurrected Mr Saxon. Mr Saxon took her life energy well as several prison staff. Lucy Saxon sabataged this, which made the Prison explode, killing Miss Trefusis. (DW: The End of Time)
