Aaron Blinovitch was a temporal physicist on Earth and the author of the book Temporal Mechanics. The Blinovitch Limitation Effect was named for him.

Behind the scenes
- After the brief mention of Blinovitch being a member of Faction Paradox in Unnatural History, Ian McIntire wrote a short story called Unlimited that explored Blinovitch's life in the organisation.[1] It was published in the 1999 charity anthology Perfect Timing 2. McIntire would go on to contribute to the Faction Paradox series in The Book of the War.
- In Truth or Consequences, Peter Harness' original draft of The Zygon Inversion, Courtney Woods became a pro-Zygon freedom fighter under the name "Blinovitch". Her character's role in the story was cut in later drafts.[2]
