Clem Sel Hetch Blathereen

Clem Fel-Hetch Blathereen was a member of the criminal Blathereen family in the 26th century. She worked with Don Arco to try and move the entire Justica system and use it as a giant flamethrower. Her plans were foiled by the Doctor and the remaining Slitheen. (NSA: The Monsters Inside)
