It bent one dimension over another dimension and created a portal through time and space. (WC: Alien File: Erasmus Darkening) Erasmus Darkening used such a transdimensional exalurator. He was working on the machine in his secret chamber at Ashen Hill Manor. (TV: The Eternity Trap)
