Lee Clayton was a companion of a woman who claimed to be the Doctor.
He had the identical training of the Time Lord Gat. At one point, he earned a service medal made of chronotelluric alloy for honour and courage. The Judoon's scans identified him as human, while the Thirteenth Doctor later assumed he had a bio-shield.
He was executed by a Judoon officer hired to track down the Doctor hiding on Earth as "Ruth Clayton". (TV: Fugitive of the Judoon)
