So from what I gathered, all the holographic people in the story are based off of real people the TARDIS (or people who've been within the TARDIS' telepathic field) has encountered. So who was Cat's base person? They hadn't met C'rizz yet as far as I know and aside from maybe Thon, none of the other characters voiced by Conrad Westmaas strike me as likely candidates.
