Harold Wyntonia was a worker at the Mahuika power station on Segonus IV. During a meltdown at the station, Harold found himself trapped high up on a collapsing walkway. The Thirteenth Doctor attempted to save him, asking him to jump down to the lower walkway where she would catch him. Upon seeing the Doctor's face, Harold fearfully refused her help, having been fed the vicious lies told about the Doctor through Berakka Dogbolter's media empire. Failing to talk him round, the Doctor watched helplessly as the walkway collapsed, sending Harold plummeting to his death.
Harold's death was later reported on the Freedom Thoughtcast Network. He was a father of three.
Harold's death in particular would go on to serve as motivation for the Doctor to bring down the FTN media empire. (COMIC: Mistress of Chaos)
