Helia was Queen Jabule's second-in-command. She found Constance Clarke after she was separated from the Sixth Doctor and Flip Ramon. She stood against Jabule when she wanted to throw the Doctor, Flip and Constance off a cliff as a 'trial'. When the Ice Warriors slaughtered most of the Vultriss rebellion, Helia assisted the Doctor in preventing the destruction fo Cygia-Rema. (AUDIO: Cry of the Vultriss)
