Jabule was the former ruler of Vultriss. She was deposed by Skye. She told Constance Clarke about what happened there. Thinking that Constance, the Sixth Doctor and Flip Jackson were spies, she had them thrown off of a cliff but was stopped. She was killed during an Ice Warrior attack. (AUDIO: Cry of the Vultriss)
