David Mann (10 September 1940-11 September 2004[1]) was an American artist who illustrated cover images for Pinnacle Books' range of Americanised Target Books Doctor Who novelisations.

Mann was well known for artwork featuring, and in turn celebrated by, American motorcyclists and motorcycling culture.[1]
