David Mann (10 September 1940-11 September 2004[1]) was an American artist who illustrated cover images for Pinnacle Books' range of Americanised Target Books Doctor Who novelisations.

Mann was well-known for artwork featuring (and, in turn, celebrated by) American motorcyclists and motorcycling culture.[1]
