One light-blue Kapt of the Astran Empire was in charge of the Astran space fleet which engaged the Tenth Space Fleet in battle during what became the first engagement of the Space War. The Kapt had initially ordered their fleet to refrain from attacking the "Solarians" and to instead fire a warning shot, but this was misinterpreted by one human pilot as a hostile act, sparking the exchange of fire.
