Lindsay Wheeler was the owner of the Unity Corporation, and dismissed Malcolm Grove concerns when she upped the amount of people who went through the psychological process on the planet. She was more concerned about profit then safety. When the planet started to break apart, she wanted to escape leaving the people and her shadow self Sandy behind.
