Tracy-Ann Oberman

Tracy-Ann Oberman, sometimes credited as Tracy Ann Oberman, (born 25 August 1966) played Yvonne Hartman in the Doctor Who television episodes Army of Ghosts and Doomsday, and Big Finish's Torchwood audio dramas.
