Liv Spencer portrayed a unique incarnation of Romanadvoratrelundar in the interactive Doctor Who stage play Time Fracture, which is not considered a valid source on this Wiki. Though not explicitly presented as such, this was implied to be Romana's third incarnation, and discussed as such by Spencer; a very different "Romana III" had previously been portrayed by Juliet Landau for Big Finish Productions, though only as a possible future.
