Biography

On the order of Cardinal Ollistra, Councillor Voltrix oversaw the opening of a rift in space to use the Great Vampires as weapons against the Dalek Fleet during the Time War, despite the protests of the War Doctor. (COMIC: The Bidding War)

Promoted to General, (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe) Voltrix ordered a fleet of Battle TARDISes to attack the Daleks in the early days of the Last Great Time War. (COMIC: Ambush)

Voltrix was present at the Fall of Arcadia. Volsepheron Qiq painted an apocalyptic rendition of survivors fleeing the burning ruins of the city thanks to Voltrix's memories, a fact recorded in a history of the Daleks compiled by human historians.
