Major A Highway worked for UNIT in the 2000s. After the death of his friend, Major C Jones, as well as her colleagues in the Jersey Tollgate Situation, Major Highway took her former role at UNIT's New York Liason Office. He promised to reorganise UNIT's pan-territorial activities into a pivotal single site operation, (PROSE: UNIT's New York Operation Expansion) a plan that was successful, as UNIT indeed had a centralised base in New York during the 21st century Dalek invasion. However, Major Highway was seemingly succeeded by Lieutenant-General Sanchez. (TV: The Stolen Earth)
