Lukas was a Gallifreyan from an alternate timeline visited by Romana, Leela and Narvin.
He was a Chancellery Guard assigned by Slyne to protect Romana from assassinations. (AUDIO: Emanciptaion) He later then took Jonias to Romana II and Narvin. He suggested that Hector's group was terrorist and wanted to send a squad over to them to stop them leaving. (AUDIO: Evolution) He helped the Chancellery Guard to get back Lord Zakar. He tried to stop Kavil from entering the Panopticon on urgent business. (AUDIO: Arbitration) When the Daleks invaded Gallifrey, he was ordered to protect Romana and remove her from the Panopticon. He then took her into safety away from the Daleks. He thought that Slyne was dead. He later took them the the armoury to get some weapons that could defeat the Daleks. He showed them the different sorts of weapons and armed Romana, Leela and Narvin. He was exterminated by the Daleks. (AUDIO: Extermination)
