Mr Parsons was the father of Ben Parsons. In the summer of 1920, he chose to kill their dog, Tess, who was suffering with an injury. Ben considered it one of his worst memories. The Shroud attempted to use this memory in order to manipulate his future happiness. (PROSE: Shroud of Sorrow)
