The Primary Order was the Dalek instinct to destroy and conquer. Finding itself as ostensibly the last Dalek in existence with no leadership, the "Metaltron" voiced its intent to follow the Primary Order. The Ninth Doctor, however, decried the Dalek's instinct as pointless. (TV: Dalek)

Despite being resurrected with human DNA, the Reconnaissance Dalek insisted that it served "the Dalek cause". This, however, was not accepted by the Death Squad Daleks, who deemed it to be "impure" and so exterminated it. (TV: Revolution of the Daleks)

Designated as a traitor, one bronze Dalek came to believe that the Daleks should be destroyed since while they were originally created to ensure the survival of the Kaleds, "the Dalek mission" had deviated and eroded Kaled identity. (TV: The Power of the Doctor)
