Filbert Roth was Babe Roth's son.

Filbert tormented the servo robot Benson by deactivating him while he was cooking dinner and then painting his head parts — "in a vile and disgusting manner", according to Benson.
At the time of Benson's video call complaining about this, Babe was fighting off a horde of Wereloks on the Spacehog and so promptly told Filbert "You stop mistreating Benson or I'll punch your snoot when I get home! Now goodbye!" before returning to the matter in hand.
Later, when his mother thought she was headed on a suicide mission, Filbert and his sister called her on a video call to say goodbye. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Dogs of Doom)
