The micromonolithic circuit, also known as a Cyber-transmitter unit, was an electronic component created on late 20th century Earth by International Electromatics. It emitted a hypnotic telepathic signal intended to bring humanity under Cyber-Control, alternately referred to as a Cyber-transmission, Cyber-hypnotic force, Cyber-control beam, Cyber-control wave, Cyber-control signal or simply Cyber-signal.
