Pete Tracker once wrote a report for TV Century 21 which was printed on the cover of one issue of TV 21 on 30 September 2067, detailing the account provided by Spectrum file CS/M/1/67 of how Captain Scarlet overcame the control of the Mysterons. After giving some details of the file, Tracker stated that he didn't believe Spectrum's story, but that events would show who was correct.
