Events

In 1930, shortly after its rendezvous with a Triskele spaceship, the British airship R101 was attacked by a Vortisaur and crashed on its maiden flight into the fields of northern France. All aboard were presumed to have been killed. Unknown to the general public, eighteen-year-old stowaway Charlotte Pollard escaped aboard the Eighth Doctor's TARDIS. In 5087, the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday arrived on Kastarion 3, where Anglican Marines had been fighting a war for six months against an unseen enemy. The Doctor became trapped on a landmine, leading Ruby, marines Mundy Flynn and Canterbury James Olliphant, and Splice Alison Vater, the daughter of a recently-deceased soldier, to try and save him. During the tense situation, the Doctor realized that there was no enemy on the uninhabited planet and the conflict had been triggered for profit by the Villengard algorithm. The fighting was stopped when John Francis Vater's artificial intelligence form deactivated the Villengard technology in the region. (TV: Boom [+]Loading...["Boom (TV story)"])
