Haragh Phermore was a green jelly who wore a goopy suit. Dracksil Forg sold them an idea for an assassination attempt on their stepfather, Chansum Phermore. A month later, Haragh demanded a refund from Forg because the Twelfth Doctor had posed as their stepfather's new chef and did not poison Chansum during their 17-course meal.
