History[[edit] | [edit source]]

After the Snedronningen was defeated, her nano-creations survived as ethereal beings even after their nano-atomic physical forms were taken away. When duck boy asked if they were ghosts, the Fifteenth Doctor explained that they'd become "shapes made from the memory of you". He also commented this was "actual magic". The Remembered TARDIS was created from memories of the Doctor's TARDIS, and sustained itself on being remembered. (TV: Empire of Death [+]Loading...["Empire of Death (TV story)"], et al.)
