Emlak

Emlak was a police officer who wanted to talk to the War Master. He wanted to ask the Master about the deaths of his colleagues, and dismissed his claims that the world was ending. He wanted to know why that happened, and thought that the Master was causing the deaths and strange events following him. He didn't believe the Master that he could see Bilis Manger and eventually released him. He continued the investigation into the Deaths of the Archaeologists.
