Rumours
- No information has been released thus far regarding the plot of the 2010 Christmas special. Steven Moffat has stated that it will be "the most Christmassy Christmas special there'll ever be." [4]
- The Robot Yeti may return in the 2010 Christmas Special as a design has been released for its skeleton.[5]
- The Daleks and the Cybermen may return.
- It is said that Sarah Jane Smith, Romana and K-9 may return.[source needed]
- The Daleks are a strong contender to return because they have appeared at least once every other televised series and every series since the 2005 revival.
