Esterath was the controller of the Glory.
Biography
Esterath rescued the Master from the Time Vortex so that he could participate in the fight to for the next controller of the Glory. Eserath then tricked the Master into thinking that he would be Esterath's successor and the Master created the events for which Kroton (cyberman) would become the next controller of the Glory.
