Broff was one of the players of The Weakest Link aboard the Game Station.
Biography
Broff was a strong player in the first round. However, after Fitch's apparent death, Broff tried to escape the studio and was shot by the Anne Droid. This shot transmatted him over to the Dalek mothership where he was turned into part of the growing Dalek army created by the Emperor. (DW: Bad Wolf)
