Summary
When the Doctor and Arnold attempt to return a crashed spacecraft to 19th century Earth, they end up embroiled in World War I.
Who is Tobias Philby and why is he eager to cause chaos in a small English village and can the Doctor convince an aggressive villager that he isn't a German spy?
