Dimensional wormhole

Basicly, in a nutshell, it is a wormhole that leads into another dimension instead to somewhere else in the same one. Wormholes normaly transport thign from point in the universe to another, but a dimensional worm hole can teleport it through time as well, seen with the USS Eldrige].
