Dennel

Dennel was a human who was born in 2481. In 2494 he was imprisoned in Detention Centre 6 of Justice Beta when he was thirteen for arson. He committed this crime as a distraction, so his father could rob a bank. He referred to this as a "minor charge". After serving seven years of his seventeen-year sentence, he met and befriended Rose Tyler. He later helped the Ninth Doctor and her defeat the Blathereen. (NSA: The Monsters Inside)
