The Arkanovitch Hotel was a hotel in Cardiff's city centre. It was a large, triangular-shaped building with balconies facing into large central atrium. It had a green glass ceiling, sculptures, fountains, a bar, and a restaurant. The hotel was owned by Dimitri Arkanovitch, who had a penthouse on the hotel's top floor.
In 2008, Torchwood Three discovered a misplaced nuclear weapon was being displayed in the hotel's atrium, and later returned to steal the weapon so they could dispose of it in the Rift. (PROSE: The Beauty of Our Weapons)
