Beneath the Surface was the title of the BBC DVD box set released on 14 January 2008 and 5 March 2008 in Australia. It featured all the classic series stories with the Silurians and the Sea Devils. These were Doctor Who and the Silurians, The Sea Devils and Warriors of the Deep. Jon Pertwee featured on the cover of the Region 2 and 4 release as two of the three were with his character; Warriors of the Deep featured Peter Davison as the Doctor. The cover also featured the Silurians' dinosaur pet, a Silurian and a Sea Devil. In all the set was made up of four discs. The rear cover featured the Fifth Doctor with a Myrka.
