Blank (Vampire of the Mind)

A Blank was the result of the Decayed Master's experiments at the Dominus Institute with the Carmentine mind leech. The Sixth Doctor theorised that the missing scientists became blanks. They were all killed when the Master destroyed the Carmentine mind leech. (AUDIO: Vampire of the Mind)
