Boro Berikuka

Boro Berikuka was a young boy who lived in a city that was far in William's future. Boro was killed by Unsil Girade and the rest of the City Planning Authority so they could use his brain pattern to run the city. When the Sixth Doctor and William visited the city, the city, using Boro's consciousness, killed Eldric Bansal, who had been intending to remove the city's autonomy. The city regained full consciousness and started singing (taught how by William), causing a time bubble to open that swallowed Girade. (PROSE: Walkin' City Blues)
