Eldric Bansal

Eldric Bansal was a worker in a city far in William's future. He met with the Sixth Doctor and William to give them fuel for the TARDIS, but before the transaction could be finished, he was murdered. The Doctor and William investigated the murder, discovering that the sentient city killed Bansal as he was about to take away the city's autonomy. (PROSE: Walkin' City Blues)
