Cacothis was the leader of Utebbadon-Tarria and the father of Lolanthia. He asked for a period of prayer. He was a High Priest. He said that the Eighth Doctor and Charlotte Pollard were welcome if they weren't outlander. He told the Doctor about a failed experiment into the dimensional engineering.
