Cacothis was the leader of Utebbadon-Tarria and the father of Lolanthia. He asked for a period of prayer. He was a High Priest. He said that the Eighth Doctor and Charlotte Pollard were welcome if they weren't outlander. He told the Doctor about a failed experiment into the dimensional engineering. It was his fault that the experiment went wrong as he fired the scientist that was working it out of vanity as the scientist was having an affair with his wife. (AUDIO: Absolution)
